Job Summary
Perform residential HVAC diagnostics, maintenance, service, and repairs throughout Monroe County and surrounding areas. Troubleshoot and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and thermostats while diagnosing system issues and providing honest recommendations. Explain repair options in clear language and deliver exceptional customer service to build trust with homeowners. Operate a take-home company vehicle, maintain a clean work environment, and complete accurate job documentation using ServiceTitan. Follow company safety standards and participate in ongoing company-paid training to develop technical skills. Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with up to $35 per hour based on experience and performance.
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of residential in-home HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent customer communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to learn and effectively use ServiceTitan
- Safety-minded with strong attention to detail
- Honest, dependable, and committed to quality workmanship
- Authorized to work in the United States
