Job Summary
Troubleshoot and diagnose residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units. Perform service calls, repairs, and proactive care while identifying system issues and recommending appropriate solutions. Ensure all work meets company standards and local code requirements, communicating clearly with homeowners about performance and repairs. Deliver professional customer service throughout the job. This role offers consistent work with a potential earnings range of $80-100K based on performance. Two shifts are available, with some weekends required, and there is no on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA certification/TDLR
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy HVAC equipment
- Must be available for weekends
