Job Summary
Residential HVAC Technician at Carolina Air responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems, performing preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups, troubleshooting heating/cooling/ventilation and indoor air quality equipment, communicating repair recommendations clearly to customers, completing service documentation, maintaining company vehicle/tools/inventory, and delivering outstanding customer service while following safety procedures and company standards. Must have HVAC service experience with EPA certification (or ability to obtain), strong diagnostic skills, excellent communication, ability to work independently, and a valid driver's license. This role includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and company-provided vehicle, with hourly pay and benefits.
Required Qualifications
