Job Summary
Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems including heating, cooling, and indoor air quality equipment. Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Clearly explain issues, repair options, and recommendations to customers. Provide accurate estimates and complete service documentation. Identify opportunities for system improvements, upgrades, and replacements. Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and job site. Follow all safety standards, company policies, and local codes. EPA Certification required; 2+ years of experience preferred; valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; strong troubleshooting and diagnostics; strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
