Job Summary
Perform service and maintenance on all makes and models of gas furnaces, oil furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, boilers, ductless systems, geothermal systems, and indoor air quality systems. Safely operate hand and power tools while working from a 28' extension ladder and a 12' step ladder. Manage time effectively to complete tasks during Monday through Friday shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Maintain a valid driver's license and possess EPA-609 universal certification. Participate in service-training seminars, classes, courses, and in-house training programs to develop customer service skills and further your career.
Required Qualifications
- EPA-609 universal certification
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test if hired
- Ability to work from a 28' extension ladder and a 12' step ladder
- Ability to work on a smartphone
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of knowledge and experience with heating and air conditioning systems preferred but will train entry-level techs
- Willingness to participate in service-training seminars, classes, courses, and in-house training programs
- Willingness to develop customer service skills
- Motivated to do quality work
- Great problem-solving skills
