Job Summary
Senior-level Residential HVAC Service Technician who can solve difficult problems, lead in the field, and operate without handholding. This is a working leadership role — not a title. You’ll run complex service calls independently, handle escalations, support developing technicians, and help set the standard across the operation. Expect field leadership, diagnosis/repair of HVAC systems, and a focus on customer experience. Must have 7+ years of residential HVAC service experience, strong diagnostic ability across electrical, airflow, controls, and system performance, excellent communication, and the ability to lead and mentor others while maintaining high standards. The role is field-based and requires physical endurance ( lifting 50+ lbs, working on rooftops/attics ). Salary range $85,000–$110,000+ total compensation based on performance.
