Job Summary
Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units. Perform repairs, service calls, and preventative maintenance while identifying system issues and recommending appropriate solutions. Ensure all work meets company standards and local code requirements, communicating clearly with homeowners about performance and repairs. Deliver professional customer service while completing service and repair tasks. Full-time, year-round work with consistent hours. EPA certification required or ability to obtain within 31 days. Valid driver's license with clean record and ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy equipment required.
