Job Summary
Perform residential HVAC maintenance and service at the master level, executing installs, repairs, and maintenance on refrigeration, air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, compressors, furnaces, and humidifiers. Troubleshoot and repair advanced piping systems including copper, plastic, and carbon steel, while diagnosing proper operation and advanced electronics of HVAC equipment. Maintain knowledge of duct systems, air quality equipment, and energy conservation practices for residential applications. Requires EPA certification, valid driver's license, and 5+ years of HVAC experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a combination of HVAC Install/Service
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Able to pass a background screening and pre-employment drug test
- Understands proper operation and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment and advanced electronics of system
- Able to troubleshoot and repair advanced piping systems, to include copper, plastic, and carbon steel
- Advanced knowledge of duct systems and air quality equipment
- Knowledge of energy conservation practices/equipment as it relates to residential HVAC and air quality/filtering systems
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- At the time of hire, employees will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility
