Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC service
- Universal EPA Certified
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient understanding of refrigerant, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation/repair of residential and light commercial systems
- Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings
- Ability to handle system startup and adjustments
- Ability to consult on customer complaints and make repair and replacement decisions
- Understand and apply all codes for residential and light commercial
