Provide on-site service and repair of residential HVAC equipment according to schedule and company standards; troubleshoot and resolve issues at client locations; educate homeowners and build relationships; document work legibly; maintain customer relations; adhere to safety policies and driving rules; requires 3+ years HVAC experience, EPA Universal Certification, high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license; offers base pay $25-35/hr, company van, OT, PTO, benefits, advancement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA – Universal Certification
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial HVAC
- Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Technical knowledge
