Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and indoor air quality equipment. Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders using company technology while ensuring all work complies with local codes and manufacturer specifications. Requires 3+ years of experience, EPA certification, and valid driver's license. Weekly pay starts at $25.00/hr with uncapped earning potential. Company provides vehicle, tools, and technology.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills on residential heating and cooling systems
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments
Desired Qualifications
- NATE Certification preferred
