Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems; build clear quotes for repairs and services; maintain and restore heating/cooling performance; educate homeowners on system solutions; deliver exceptional customer service; operate safely and professionally in varied conditions; climb ladders, navigate tight spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed; EPA 608 certification preferred or obtainable through company support; full-time role with Monday–Friday schedule and occasional evenings/weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA Section 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain—we can help!)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a “figure-it-out” mindset
- A positive attitude and professional presence with customers
- Depedable, efficient, and eager to grow
