Job Summary
Diagnose, service, and repair forced-air furnaces, residential heating and air conditioning systems, boilers, ductless mini-split systems, and hot water heaters. Maintain a well-groomed professional appearance and possess your own basic tools while adhering to a strict 4-day work week with no on-call rotation. Earn competitive pay ranging from $90k to $150k annually, supplemented by SPIFFs, commissions, and bonuses. EPA certification and a valid driver's license are required, with NATE certification and prior military experience as beneficial assets.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential service experience
- EPA certification
- Valid driver's license
