Inspect, diagnose, repair, and replace residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including boilers, furnaces, ductless split systems, and humidifiers. Present multiple service options to customers, create detailed estimates, document performed services, and generate invoices. Execute high-quality maintenance tasks such as recharging refrigerants, testing for leaks, and checking system functionality while educating clients on equipment care. Treat every customer respectfully and clean work areas before moving to the next job. Earn $40.00 - $50.00/hour with dental, health, vision, and life insurance benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a residential service and maintenance technician
- Fundamental knowledge about residential heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to provide your tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy objects, and carry equipment
- Ability to work in noisy environments and confined spaces like attics, basements, and crawl spaces
- Must have the ability to pass a background check
