The Residential HVAC Sales Manager is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Comfort Consultants while driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include motivation and performance management of the sales team, monitoring sales performance, supporting marketing initiatives, and fostering strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of HVAC sales and sales management experience as well as a thorough understanding of HVAC systems. They must also demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive work ethic.
Required Qualifications

- 5 years of experience in sales management
- Job knowledge: HVAC systems, heat load calculations, & financing
