Job Summary
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on residential heating and cooling systems, inspect HVAC systems for performance issues, and conduct minor repairs. Duties include cleaning/adjusting/replacing filters, belts, motors and other components; documenting conditions using company tools; communicating findings to customers and internal teams; promoting maintenance agreements; maintaining a clean service vehicle; and complying with EPA/local regulations and standards.
Required Qualifications
- EPA 608 Certification is required
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- 1+ year HVAC maintenance or service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of residential HVAC systems (gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners)
- Ability to troubleshoot minor issues and perform routine repair
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
