Job Summary
Lead Residential HVAC Installer to own residential and light commercial installation projects from start to finish, guiding install helpers and ensuring systems are installed safely, correctly, and to code. Responsibilities include taking full ownership of installations, reading job details and ensuring proper equipment and tools, installing furnaces/heat pumps/air conditioners and duct modifications, coaching install assistants, verifying airflow, refrigerant charge, electrical connections, and system operation, performing start-ups and final checks with homeowner walkthroughs, maintaining a clean and safe job site, communicating with customers and internal teams, and completing documentation accurately and on time. EPA Certification required; 4+ years of experience; strong troubleshooting and customer-service mindset; valid license and clean driving record.
