Job Summary
Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish, installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and complete systems while reading plans and ensuring safety and efficiency. Coach, train, and mentor Install Helpers and Apprentice Installers, verifying airflow, refrigerant charge, and electrical connections before performing equipment startups, testing, and final quality inspections. Coordinate with sales, service, and operations teams, communicate with homeowners throughout the process, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while completing installation paperwork accurately. Requires 3+ years of HVAC experience, leadership skills, EPA certification preferred, and a valid driver's license.
