Job Summary
Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations from start to finish, making sound on-site decisions while working alongside an installation helper. Wire line-voltage and low-voltage components, braze and solder copper refrigerant lines, and install sheet metal and flexible duct systems. Pre-measure job sites, receive and load equipment, and connect gas lines in compliance with applicable codes. Train and coach helpers to build a high-performing team, complete job documentation accurately, and interpret system readings to ensure optimal performance. Maintain a clean company vehicle and uphold safety policies in extreme temperatures and confined spaces. Requires EPA certification, three years of experience, and overtime availability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA Certification
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Overtime and occasional weekend availability as business needs require
