Job Summary
Lead installation team to install, upgrade, and/or replace residential HVAC systems, overseeing quality and timely delivery. Train and mentor Install Helpers on job sites and in the shop, handle high/low voltage wiring, copper/PVC piping, and perform precise installations. Maintain safety and comply with industry standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Deliver exceptional customer service, manage tools and inventory, and handle physical tasks including lifting heavy objects. Communicate effectively with homeowners, participate in team training, and contribute to a clean, organized work environment. Requires 2-5+ years of residential HVAC experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years HVAC experience (residential market)
- EPA certification
- Valid Driver’s License (minimum 3 years of experience)
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Customer-service oriented with professional communication
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, climb ladders, work in attics/crawlspaces
- Ability to operate in varied environments and weather
