Job Summary
As a Residential HVAC Installation Technician, you will install HVAC systems to meet safety and quality standards, establish customer rapport, educate customers on their systems, and maintain a clean, organized work environment. You are expected to hold yourself accountable for exceeding goals and mentor apprentices to ensure accurate installations. The position requires 3 years of HVAC installation experience, technical knowledge, EPA certification, and a current Virginia driver's license. Required Qualifications
- 3 years of HVAC Install experience
- Technical knowledge related to troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC systems
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- EPA Certified

- Physical ability to perform all duties noted above
