Job Summary
Oversees residential HVAC install projects from start to finish, leads lead installers and helpers, coordinates scheduling, purchasing, and training, ensures safety and code compliance, and drives profitability of installation jobs. Responsibilities include planning and setting the pace on the job site, supervising installation crews, managing equipment and materials, coordinating with warehouse and customers, reviewing paperwork and labor time, and conducting regular site visits and progress meetings to ensure on-time delivery and quality. Requires 5+ years of HVAC install experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a customer-service mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience
- Proven ability to manage installation jobs and train
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Professional attitude and strong customer-service mindset
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
