Job Summary
Residential HVAC Install Lead responsible for installing furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, fireplaces, and AC units for residential clients; interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and address HVAC concerns; ensure installed equipment is clean, safe, and up to high standards; safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment; help train new hires in the field during installations; perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications include 3-5+ years of experience, OSHA 10-hour Certificate and EPA Universal Certification preferred, and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Competitive base pay ($26-38/hr) with benefits and equal opportunity employment.
