Job Summary
Join Merry Maids of North County San Diego as a Residential Housekeeper and be part of a team that transforms homes into sparkling havens. Responsibilities include cleaning residential homes (dusting, vacuuming, mopping), sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms, organizing living spaces, managing time to complete tasks, communicating with clients to understand cleaning needs, reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards, adhering to policies for quality assurance, and maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment. Must have reliable transportation and be able to lift up to 25 pounds; prior residential cleaning experience preferred; strong attention to detail and customer service; able to work independently and as part of a team; background checks and training as needed.
