Job Summary
Manage the overall system of support and services for individuals with developmental disabilities in intermediate care facilities. Oversee personnel management, coordinate service delivery, and interview, hire, and develop direct care employees. Monitor residents' finances and benefits while managing caseloads to coordinate individual care. Requires a high school diploma or GED, with a degree in social services preferred, and two years of experience in developmental disabilities. Full-time employment at $19.75–$20.75 includes paid training, a comprehensive benefit package, and paid time off.
