Job Summary
Mentor, develop, and supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff while ensuring adherence to DDS, funding agency, and state regulations. Maintain and monitor staffing schedules, assist with writing clinical assessments and overseeing ISP assessments, and assume on-call responsibilities as required. Administer medication when necessary, provide in-house and agency-contracted training, and instruct residents on daily living skills, behavioral plans, and medical, psychiatric, and socio-emotional needs. Adhere to budgetary guidelines and collaborate with the People Team to implement corrective actions. This Program Manager role supports individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors at the Westside facility in Baltimore County, requiring a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, supervisory experience, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education & experience
- Experience providing support to individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License with at least 3 years of driving experience
