Residential Home Manager

Supervise DSPs and assistant managers while creating and managing staff schedules. Attend to the physical welfare of individuals served, including transporting them to medical appointments, administering medications, and addressing incidents. Manage personal care needs such as toileting, bathing, and transfers for those using wheelchairs. Coordinate recreational programs, complete monthly fire drill reports, and oversee financial operations including petty cash and Personal Needs Accounts. Be on call to handle emergencies and staffing issues while ensuring the home environment meets licensing standards. Review electronic health system data daily and maintain accurate census records.
