Residential Home Living/Medical Transport DCW2

Coordinate medical appointments and transport residents with developmental disabilities to community settings, including managing occasional long or out-of-town visits. Provide direct care assistance during appointments while maintaining a good driving record and reliable computer skills. Requires 1-2 years of leadership experience in a health-related field, with medical knowledge preferred. Schedule is 8A-5P M-F with some flexibility needed.
