Job Summary
Castle High Value seeks self-directed independent contractors to conduct virtual and physical property surveys on high value homes. Responsibilities include scheduling and conducting site-based and virtual inspections, documenting construction materials, obtaining measurements, and generating estimated replacement values for homeowners’ insurance. Candidates must possess a digital camera, a Windows-based computer, high-speed internet access, a reliable vehicle, and necessary insurance. Flexibility and independence in work are key aspects of this role.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, insurance, inspection, construction or appraising experience is a plus
- Ability to professionally interact over the phone, via email, and in-person
- Solid computer skills for web-based reports
