Job Summary
Schedule and conduct on-site and virtual high-value home property surveys for homeowners' insurance purposes within a 100-mile radius of Flagstaff, AZ. Coordinate and complete assignments according to customer-specific guidelines, documenting construction materials, unique features, and property measurements to generate estimated replacement values and identify hazards. Professionally interact with homeowners and insurance agents via phone, email, and in-person while communicating findings through web-based client forms. Requires a Windows-based computer, high-speed internet, reliable vehicle, digital camera, and measuring device, with a 15-hour online training course available for certification.
Required Qualifications
- Professionally interact over the phone, via email, and in-person with homeowners and insurance agents
- Conduct on-site and/or virtual property surveys on high value homes as per customer specific guidelines and procedures
- Identify and document the construction materials/characteristics and unique features of the home
- Obtain measurements of the home and other structures on the property
- Generate an estimated replacement value of the home, and identify major hazards
- Communicate the information gathered during on-site inspection in the provided web-based client requested forms accessed through the Castle website
- Digital camera
- Windows based computer (not a Mac)
- High speed internet access
- Reliable vehicle
- Measuring device such as: laser, 100 ft. tape, or measuring wheel
- Auto and General Liability Insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, insurance, inspection, construction or appraising experience
