Job Summary
Conduct site-based and virtual High Value Home property surveys for homeowners’ insurance, assessing construction materials and features, generating estimated replacement values, and communicating findings through web-based reports. Strong computer skills and ability to manage assignments independently are essential. A 15-hour online training course is available for certification. Ideal candidates should have flexibility, good interpersonal skills, and an interest in real estate or construction.

- Reliable vehicle
- Measuring device such as laser, 100 ft. tape, or measuring wheel
- Auto and General Liability Insurance
