Job Summary
Residential Helper assists a Driver in providing prompt, courteous waste removal services on a designated residential route. Responsibilities include safely loading waste, carrying bags/containers to the vehicle, directing the Driver from the ground, maintaining vehicle/work area cleanliness, and aiding in operating loading mechanisms. Responsibilities also cover performing pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections, reporting safety issues, interacting with customers and dispatchers, monitoring waste for unacceptable material, cleaning spill areas per safety standards, maintaining productivity, and following all safety policies.
