Residential Helper

Ride on the vehicle to assist the Driver while servicing customers on a designated residential route. Operate the packing mechanism and various levers to activate the lifting and loading system. Clean waste from the packer blade and truck body on each disposal trip, spray and clean the hopper, and perform complete pre- and post-operation inspections to report safety issues. Courteously interact with customers and dispatchers to ensure timely service, monitor waste for unacceptable items, and clean spill areas. Maintain adherence to required productivity standards and follow all safety policies.
