Residential Helper

Ride on the vehicle to assist the Driver while servicing customers on a designated residential route. Operate the packing mechanism and various levers to activate the lifting and loading system. Clean waste from the packer blade and truck body after each disposal trip, and spray the hopper and truck as applicable. Perform complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections per Company policy and report safety issues on standard reports. Courteously interact with customers, dispatchers, and others to ensure routes are serviced timely and professionally. Continuously monitor waste for evidence of unacceptable items and clean accidental spills while adhering to all safety standards. Maintain adherence to required productivity standards and follow all safety policies and procedures.
