Job Summary
Ride on the vehicle to assist the Driver while servicing customers on a designated residential route. Operate packing mechanisms and levers to load waste, then clean the packer blade, hopper, and truck body after each trip. Perform complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections, report safety issues, and courteously interact with customers and dispatchers to ensure timely service. Continuously monitor waste for unacceptable items, clean accidental spills, and maintain adherence to productivity standards and safety policies.
