Job Summary
Ride on the vehicle to assist the Driver while servicing customers on a designated route. Operate packing mechanisms and levers to load waste, then clean the packer blade, hopper, and truck body after each trip. Perform complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections, reporting safety issues per company policy. Courteously interact with customers and dispatchers to ensure timely route completion, while monitoring waste for unacceptable items and cleaning accidental spills. Maintain adherence to productivity standards and follow all safety procedures.
