Job Summary
Ride on the vehicle to assist the Driver while servicing customers on a designated residential route. Operate packing mechanisms and levers to load waste, then clean the packer blade, hopper, and truck body after each trip. Perform complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections and report safety issues per company policy. Continuously monitor waste for unacceptable items, clean accidental spills, and maintain route and work area cleanliness. Courteously interact with customers, dispatchers, and others to ensure timely route completion while adhering to productivity standards and all safety procedures.
