Residential Helper assists a Driver in providing waste removal services on a designated residential route.Responsibilities include loading waste via the vehicle's packing mechanism, guiding the Driver from the ground, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, performing pre- and post-operation checks, ensuring safety, interacting courteously with customers and dispatchers, monitoring waste for unacceptable materials, and adhering to productivity and safety policies. Location is Capitol Heights, MD; role is full-time and on-site with standard safety and company policies emphasized by Republic Services.
