Job Summary
Oversee residents at a group home to ensure they are properly cared for, safe, and happy. Directly train and supervise all house staff to maintain compliance with resident needs and required certifications. Collaborate with the Director of Residential Services, nurses, case managers, and consultants to implement individualized resident plans. Work with families and guardians to ensure their loved ones live rewarding, meaningful lives. This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a Connecticut driver's license, and rotating on-call duties within an 8-hour Monday-to-Friday schedule at STAR, Inc., a non-profit serving adults with developmental disabilities in Norwalk, CT.
Required Qualifications
