Job Summary
Supervise direct support professionals and manage household operations within a 24/7 residential group home serving adults with developmental disabilities. Monitor service delivery against Individual Support Plans, ensure compliance with state licensing and safety standards, and conduct routine site inspections. Develop weekly staff schedules, approve timekeeping, and manage recruitment, hiring, and termination decisions while maintaining approved staffing ratios. Oversee staff training, orientation, and corrective action plans, and ensure all documentation, including progress notes and medication records, is completed accurately. Respond to emergencies, participate in internal and external audits, and manage financial documentation and expense purchases in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- One year of supervisory experience
- High school diploma/General Education Diploma and equivalent work experience of three years or residential services for individuals with disabilities
- Valid driver's license from state of residence with a satisfactory driving record as defined by Company vehicle policy and/or liability insurance carrier
