Residential Field Manager

Job Summary
Lead a team of Field Technicians to install doors, trim, stairs, hardware, and blinds in new residential neighborhoods; ensure on-time, correct installations within budget; establish strong relationships with customers and builders; enforce high-quality safety standards; prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines; conduct daily on-site visits to monitor progress and adherence to specifications; participate in a comprehensive 4-week training program with potential cross-market training in North Carolina, South Carolina, or Georgia; support a dynamic, growth-oriented team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a field operations team
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong customer relationship skills with builders and site personnel
- Ability to enforce safety standards and quality control on site
- Willingness to travel for training across NC/SC/GA (as described)
