Residential Field Manager

Manage a team of Field Technicians to complete daily tasks in new residential neighborhoods while ensuring jobs are completed on schedule and within budget. Establish strong working relationships with customers and their builders to resolve issues promptly. Exhibit and enforce company safety standards, then juggle and prioritize multiple projects by scheduling and organizing your team effectively. Conduct daily visits to construction sites to monitor progress on exterior doors, interior trim, and hardware, ensuring all installations meet specifications and deadlines. Work alongside other Field Managers to strategically organize team workload across markets.
