Residential Field Manager

Manage a team of Field Technicians to complete daily tasks in new residential neighborhoods, establishing strong working relationships with customers and builders. Exhibit and enforce high-quality safety standards while juggling multiple projects to strategically organize teams and workloads. Conduct daily site visits to monitor progress on exterior doors, interior trim, and hardware installations, ensuring the team meets deadlines and correct specifications within budget. Prioritize time and responsibilities to maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and at least two years of leadership experience.
