Residential Estimator

Prepare accurate, timely cost estimates for residential site work, including utilities, grading, and excavation by reviewing plans, specifications, and bid documents. Serve as the main point of contact during the bid process, answering questions, clarifying project needs, and representing Hadco professionally. Conduct takeoffs, coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to gather pricing, and attend pre-bid meetings or perform site visits as needed. Follow up on submitted bids to convert estimates into awarded projects and coordinate handoffs with Project Managers and field teams. Maintain organized estimate files and strengthen relationships with builders, developers, and homeowners to encourage repeat business.
