Job Summary
Full-Time Entry-Level Residential Energy Inspector in Morgantown, WV. Responsible for conducting construction site evaluations to assess EPA Stormwater compliance, OSHA safety compliance, Quality Assurance inspections, and IECC energy code compliance; verify proper BMPs, safety measures, and energy-code requirements; complete site evaluation documentation and logs; communicate regulatory requirements to client onsite personnel; educate clients on Path Light Pro services and coordinate with management to add value; maintain onsite records (SWPPP logs, BMP maps, site postings); engage with clients and supervisor daily; travel to remote sites as needed; capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working outdoors in varying weather; weekends and extended hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- AA/AS Degree or Trade/Vocational Degree
- Knowledge of general construction and environmental regulations is a plus
- Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to walk up and down inclines and on uneven land/ground
- Must have dependable transportation
- Must be able to work weekends and extended hours as needed
- Positive team player
- Must be able to travel and work at remote sites
