Job Summary
Conduct construction site evaluations for energy assessments and quality checks, maintaining positive relationships with clients throughout the process. Complete all site documentation in electronic systems and onsite energy code compliance forms while communicating quality issues and code requirements to client personnel. Provide timely updates to supervisors and clients to support efficient operations, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to improve newly constructed houses according to energy code standards. Requires outdoor work in all weather conditions, ability to walk inclines and uneven terrain, and lifting up to 40 lbs. No prior experience needed; in-house training provided for those with a teachable personality and strong attention to detail.

- Be able to lift, pull, and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks
