Job Summary
Conduct construction site evaluations for energy assessment and quality of construction. Maintain positive client relationships and complete site evaluation documentation in electronic systems and energy code compliance forms. Communicate construction quality issues and energy code requirements to client onsite personnel. Provide timely, professional updates to supervisor and clients to support efficient operations. Demonstrate strong problem solving to improve energy code compliance in newly constructed homes. Open to learning new skills in the energy efficiency and construction industry. In-house training provided. This is a full-time entry-level role based in Harrisburg, NC, with travel to remote sites and outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Must be able to travel and work at remote sites
- Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to walk up and down inclines and on uneven land/ground
- Must have dependable transportation
- Hard working and teachable personality
- Positive team player
- Be able to lift 30-40 lbs frequently
