Role includes guiding customers through proposals, contracts, and installation timelines, staying current on California utility rate changes, and earning through a structured compensation plan featuring training pay, per-project commissions, and performance bonuses; requires 2+ years of consultative or in-home sales, strong communication skills, client-prospecting ability, self-direction, reliable transportation, and CA driver’s license.”,
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in a consultative or in-home setting
- Strong listening, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort prospecting and developing your own client pipeline
- Self-direction, organization, and a long-term career mindset
- Reliable transportation, valid California driver's license
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not required
