Job Summary
Install residential elevators and wheelchair lifts; work as part of a two-installer team on job sites; lead and teach new team members; travel up to 80% (primarily within Tampa, FL with occasional week-long overnight trips); lift up to 150 lbs; work with mechanical, electronic, and hydraulic systems; interact with general contractors and customers directly; develop safety code and regulatory knowledge; operate general computer equipment; maintain safety and compliance; pursue professional development and safety practices in a long-term career with Southeast Elevator.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 150 lbs
- Willingness to travel up to 80% (most work is within Tampa, FL, but occasional week-long overnight travel may occur)
- Safety awareness & compliance
- Develop safety code and regulatory knowledge
- Operate general computer equipment
- Interface with general contractors and customers directly
- Knowledge of electro-mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Install residential elevators and wheelchair lifts
