Job Summary
Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential properties, including wiring, lighting, outlets, switches, and other components. Support the electrician in troubleshooting and problem-solving issues while ensuring compliance with all safety and industry regulations. Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized. Learn and apply industry best practices and techniques. Work in various indoor and outdoor environments, including attics, crawl spaces, and roofs, while climbing ladders up to 28 feet. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods throughout the workday
- Must be able to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 80 pounds
- Must be able to climb and work on ladders up to 28 feet in height
- Must be able to work in various indoor and outdoor environments, including attics, crawl spaces, and roofs
- Must have the ability to use hands and arms to handle tools and perform repetitive tasks
- Willingness to learn and work in the field of electrical services
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools
- Strong work ethic and the ability to take direction from experienced electricians
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A strong commitment to safety and a safety-conscious mindset
Desired Qualifications
- A valid driver's license is a plus
